The monthly advance for the purchase of jewelry must be equal and paid continuously for 11 months. The advance payment cannot be extended beyond the 11th month and is non-transferable under any circumstances.
Upon completion of 11 months from the date of enrollment, the customer will be eligible to purchase the selected jewelry with a 100% discount on wastage (VA) for any jewelry with wastage (VA) up to 18%, limited to the accumulated value.
Whenever there is a rate reduction offer on gold jewelry (e.g., Rs. 50 less per gram), the discount will be applied only to the prevailing gold rate.
The monthly advance scheme for the purchase of jewelry is available starting from the ₹5,000 plan and above.
The monthly advance for the purchase of jewelry must be paid by the 10th of every month. The advance amounts paid will not be eligible for any interest.
Any monthly advance exceeding ₹15,000 will not be accepted in cash and must be paid through Demand Draft (DD) or UPI. A member cannot combine multiple jewelry purchase plan accounts to buy a single piece of jewelry if the monthly advance payments for those accounts were made in cash or UPI.
Customers are required to bring their receipt book each month while paying the advance amount and must surrender it at the time of purchasing jewelry. This requirement applies only to cash transactions.
Customers who choose to pre-close the scheme within 6 months of enrollment will not be eligible for any scheme benefits and should purchase jewelry equivalent to the pre-closure amount, without availing any scheme-related discounts or offers.
If the customer discontinues the scheme during the 7th or 8th month of enrollment, they will be entitled to a 30% discount on wastage (VA) for any jewelry, provided the wastage (VA) is up to 18% and limited to the accumulated value.
If the customer discontinues the scheme during the 9th month, they will be entitled to a 40% discount on wastage (VA) for any jewelry with wastage (VA) up to 18%, limited to the accumulated value.
If the customer discontinues the scheme during the 10th month, they will be entitled to a 50% discount on wastage (VA) for any jewelry with wastage (VA) up to 18%, limited to the accumulated gold value.
KYC is mandatory to enroll in the plan. In case of a change of address or loss of the customer receipt book, the customer must inform the company immediately and apply for a new receipt book with updated KYC details.
The customer must appoint a nominee at the time of submitting KYC details. If the nominee is a minor, the nominee’s legal guardian shall sign and act on behalf of the nominee.
Payments of the monthly advance for the purchase of jewelry beyond the stipulated period, or payments for more than one month at a time, will not be allowed.
The advance for the purchase of jewelry can be paid, and the customer can take delivery of the selected jewelry at the CSC Jewellers showroom in Nellore.
The advance for the purchase of jewelry can be made through cash, Demand Draft (DD), or UPI. Payments can be made either at the CSC Jewellers showroom in Nellore or by using the CSC Jewellers mobile app.
Any balance advance amount will not be refunded in cash and can only be adjusted against the purchase of gold or silver coins.
Customers will be eligible for a 100% discount on wastage (VA) for any jewelry with wastage (VA) up to 18%, only after successfully completing all 11 monthly advance payments without any interruption. If there is any default in the monthly payments, the customer will not be allowed to continue in the scheme. Therefore, it is mandatory for the customer to make all advance payments continuously without fail.
The customer can purchase jewelry from the 10th month of enrollment or at any time before 345 days from the date of enrollment. If the jewelry is not purchased within 345 days, the customer's scheme amount will be refunded via registered post to the address linked with their Aadhaar.
If the customer purchases jewelry exceeding the accumulated amount, the applicable wastage (VA) on the excess amount must be paid by the customer.
Under this scheme, no interest will be paid on the amounts contributed by customers. Customers can only purchase jewelry equivalent to the amount they have paid.
GST and if any other applicable government taxes on all sales transactions at the time of purchase or delivery must be borne by the customer.
Costs related to diamonds and other stones are not included under this scheme. Such charges shall be borne separately by the customer. The scheme provides waiver only on wastage charges and does not cover any other additional costs.
The customer's signature will be verified at the time of delivery of the goods.
The company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, or add to any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Nellore.
